Machine Operator-Swing

Working hours: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

This position involves learning to do the following; set up machines, producing a quality product at the lowest cost possible, performing TPM, leading and coaching people, planning, sequencing of profile line ups, ordering heads, and communication with others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learning to set up of machines.
• Make certain that yourself as well as all team members are working in a safe manner.
• Responsible for Quality of product being produced.
• Learning to perform TPM on machines as well as any other equipment associated with the line.
• Learning the planning and preparation of profile lineup to yield the most efficient results.
• Learning to assist other operators where and when needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent mechanical abilities.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds.
